Preheat oven to 350.

Using a SHEET PAN insert a WIRE RACK and spray both with non-stick cooking spray.

Lay bacon pieces on wire rack close together but not touching.

Pour a small amount of maple syrup in a bowl and using a BASTING BRUSH, paint on a layer of maple syrup.

Place in preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes.

Flip the bacon pieces over and bast again with maple syrup.

Return the bacon to the oven and cook again for 15 minutes.

Repeat basting and baking until bacon reaches your preferred doneness.

Lay bacon on flat surface to cool (or leave on rack).

We used a small flower vase to create an arrangement of our mapled bacon. It made for a delicious and beautiful appetizer.
